Negotiated an option period within the land contract, with no penalties for cancellation. We exercised the option and purchased the land.
2. Entitled New Community / Completed Entitlement Process
Finished site studies, gathered input from the local community, designed detailed site plans, completed preliminary engineering work, and completed legal due diligence. Collaborated closely with a National Builder. Received all required local approvals and zoning changes.
3. Sold to National Builder
DR Horton, DHI (NYSE), a premier national home builder, purchased the project, and is completing the construction phase, which include 138 single-family and 110 patio homes.
